Role Overview:
The ON24 Event Specialist is responsible for the delivery of customer events using ON24’s virtual product suite.
Event specialists are responsible for:
- Providing an enhanced ON24 experience for customers and attendees

ROLE OVERVIEW
Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are responsible for the relationship between ON24 and its clients. This role is responsible for the effective and successful coordination of setup, implementation, training and maintenance on various ON24 Products and Platforms, as well as partner products and platforms.This is a role which requires an organized individual, who is comfortable interfacing with clients, handling multiple projects with both long and short timelines, and facilitating projects involving sales, engineering, finance, and external client teams.
Primary Responsibilities
- Successfully execute client engagements and act as client point-of-contact for project related issues

Role Overview:

Role Overview:

Role Overview:
You will be a critical member of the FP&A team at ON24. Your core responsibility will be to be as business partner to multiple organizations. This role is high visibility within ON24. The ideal candidate has experience in Credit and Collections, preferably in the software or high-tech industry. The Credit and Collections Specialist should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as the position interfaces directly with our customers as well as our sales and customer success teams.
Responsibilities
- Communication with customers daily to ensure timely collection of accounts receivable
- Conduct timely research, analysis and decision making for resolution of disputed items, short/over-payments
- Work with the invoicing team to resolve billing disputes and credit note requests
- Promote strong working relationships between the Credit & Collection functions and all other internal departments
- Initiate and maintain complete, accurate and updated records of contacts, collection activities and account reconciliations
- Ensure new customers are well understood.
- Enlist the efforts of sales and customer support when necessary to accelerate the collection process
- 3+ years of relevant Accounts Receivable/Credit & Collections experience, preferably in SaaS companies
